  2. Cut the refrigerated biscuit dough into quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and cinnamon.
  4. Melt the butter in a small bowl and stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Dip each biscuit quarter into the melted butter mixture, then roll in the sugar mixture.
  6. Layer the coated biscuit quarters and sliced apples in the greased bundt pan.
  7. Pour any remaining butter mixture and sugar mixture over the top.
  8. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Allow the monkey bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  10. Invert the pan onto a serving plate to remove the monkey bread.
  11. Drizzle with caramel sauce before serving.
