In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, chopped walnuts, melted butter, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, and instant coffee powder. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a separate bowl, beat together the egg, vanilla extract, heavy cream, and instant vanilla pudding mix until smooth. Spread this mixture over the crust.

In another bowl, cream together softened butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy. Spread this mixture over the pudding layer.

Pour melted semi-sweet chocolate over the top and spread evenly.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Cut into squares and serve.
