  3. Dip a rice paper sheet in warm water for a few seconds until pliable. Place it on a clean surface.
  4. Spoon the vegetable mixture onto the center of the rice paper. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
