In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let it sit for 5 minutes.

In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, minced garlic, melted butter, and yogurt. Mix well.

Pour in the yeast mixture and knead the dough until smooth and elastic.

Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest in a warm place for 1 hour.

Preheat a grill or a grill pan over medium heat.

Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Roll each portion into a thin oval shape.

Brush one side of the naan with melted butter and place it on the grill, buttered side down.

Cook for 2-3 minutes until bubbles form on the surface. Brush the top with more melted butter.

Flip the naan and cook for another 2 minutes until golden brown.

Remove from the grill and sprinkle with chopped cilantro leaves.

Repeat with the remaining dough portions.
