Ingredients
  • 14 ounce Pizza dough
  • 1 cup Butternut squash
  • 1/2 cup Red onion
  • 1/2 cup Goat cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh sage leaves
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet.
  4. In a bowl, toss the butternut squash, red onion, sage leaves, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Spread the butternut squash mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  6. Crumble the goat cheese over the top.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the butternut squash is tender.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  9. Slice and serve.
