  1. Prepare the cake mix according to package instructions.
  2. Bake the cake and let it cool completely.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Crumble the cooled cake into the bowl and mix with the buttercream mixture until well combined.
  5. Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Insert a lollipop stick into each cake ball.
  7. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  8. Dip each cake pop into the melted chocolate, allowing any excess to drip off.
  9. Decorate with sprinkles and let them set on the baking sheet.
