Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts. Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.

Add the Brussels sprouts to the skillet and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
