  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease a baking pan.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add sugar and mix well.
  3. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture.
  5. Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 1 hour.
  9. Cut into squares and serve.
