  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Cook until the butter turns brown and has a nutty aroma, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
