Broccoli and Three-Cheese Casserole
Broccoli is a great source of vitamins K and C, as well as dietary fiber.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Steam the broccoli until tender.

In a large bowl, mix together the steamed broccoli, cheddar cheese, Monterey Jack cheese, Parmesan cheese, milk, eggs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.

In a small bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and melted butter. Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the top of the casserole.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is hot and bubbly.
