Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface until it reaches the desired thickness.

Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet and brush it with olive oil. Bake in the preheated oven for 8 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove from the skillet and crumble it.

In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers and onion until softened.

Remove the partially baked pizza dough from the oven and crack the eggs onto the dough. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon, sautéed bell peppers, onion, and cheddar cheese over the eggs.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10-12 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
