  2. In a blender, combine the milk, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
  3. In a small saucepan, heat the sugar and water over medium heat until it turns into a golden caramel. Pour the caramel into the prepared baking dish, covering the bottom.
  4. Pour the milk mixture over the caramel in the baking dish.
  5. Place the baking dish in a larger baking pan. Fill the larger pan with hot water, about halfway up the sides of the baking dish.
  6. Carefully transfer the pans to the preheated oven. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the pudding is set and lightly golden on top.
  7. Remove the pans from the oven and let the pudding cool in the water bath for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the baking dish from the water bath and let it cool completely. Then refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
