  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 9x9-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Cut the cold butter into the mixture until crumbly.
  3. Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the crumb mixture for the topping. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  4. In another bowl, combine the blueberries, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Spread the blueberry mixture evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over the blueberries.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Allow the bars to cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  8. Dust the bars with powdered sugar before serving.
