  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. In a separate bowl, toss the blueberries with flour and lemon juice. Gently fold the blueberry mixture into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour the batter over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 50 minutes or until the center is set and the top is lightly browned.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Remove the sides of the springform pan and let the cheesecake cool completely on a wire rack.
  9. In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream and powdered sugar. Spread the mixture over the top of the cooled cheesecake.
  10. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
  11. Serve chilled and enjoy!
