  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the lemon zest, lemon juice, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients alternately with the milk, beginning and ending with the dry ingredients. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  7. Slice and serve.
