  2. Roll out the pie crust and press it into a tart pan.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the blackberries, raspberries, sugar, and cornstarch.
  4. Pour the berry mixture into the tart crust.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the berries are bubbling.
  6. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  7. Remove the tart from the oven and let it cool for 1 hour.
  8. Once cooled, spread the whipped cream over the top of the tart.
  9. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top.
