Blackberry Crumb Bars
Blackberries are rich in antioxidants and vitamin C, making them a healthy addition to this delicious dessert.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, and salt. Cut in the butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

Reserve 1 1/2 cups of the crumb mixture for the topping. Press the remaining mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

In a separate bowl, gently toss the blackberries with cornstarch and lemon juice. Spread the blackberries evenly over the crust.

Sprinkle the reserved crumb mixture over the blackberries.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.

Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
