  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan.
  2. In a bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, black sesame seeds, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash the black beans with a fork.
  4. In a mixing bowl, cream together the unsalted butter and granulated sugar. Add the egg and mix well.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, alternating with the milk. Stir in the mashed black beans and vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gradually add the powdered sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
