  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Crush the digestive biscuits into fine crumbs and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, lemon juice, and whiskey. Mix well.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the biscuit base in the springform pan.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes or until the cheesecake is set.
  6. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake rest inside for 2 hours.
  7. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool completely.
  8. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  9. Before serving, decorate with whipped cream, green food coloring, and shamrock sprinkles.
