  • 500 gram Potato
  • 300 gram Pumpkin
  • 200 gram Kumara
  • 50 gram Butter
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Instructions
  1. Peel and chop the potato, pumpkin, and kumara into small chunks.
  2. Place the chopped vegetables in a microwave-safe dish.
  3. Add a small amount of water, cover the dish, and microwave on high for 10-12 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
