  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch round cake pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract. Beat in the flour mixture alternately with the sour cream, mixing just until incorporated. Gently fold in the blueberries.
  4. In a small bowl, mix together the brown sugar, cinnamon, and chopped pecans.
  5. Spread half of the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle half of the brown sugar mixture over the batter. Repeat layers.
  6. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before removing from pan. Cool completely before serving.
