Best Ever Chocolate Chip Cookies
The chocolate chip cookie was invented by Ruth Graves Wakefield in the 1930s. She owned the Toll House Inn, where she added chopped up bits of a Nestle semi-sweet chocolate bar into her cookie dough, creating the first chocolate chip cookie.
