  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour blend, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs and add the coconut sugar, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and Greek yogurt. Mix well.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
