  3. Place the puff pastry squares on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the orange muscat wine, heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and orange zest.
  6. Whip the mixture until soft peaks form.
  7. Once the puff pastry squares have cooled, slice them in half horizontally.
  8. Spoon a dollop of the orange muscat cream onto the bottom half of each puff pastry square.
  9. Top with a handful of mixed berries.
  10. Place the top half of the puff pastry square on the berries.
