  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease mini loaf pans.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg. Stir in the milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the mixed berries.
  5. Divide the batter evenly among the prepared mini loaf pans.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the loaves comes out clean.
