Berry Breakfast Rolls
Cinnamon rolls are a popular variation of breakfast rolls, but the Berry Breakfast Rolls offer a fruity twist to the classic recipe.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.

Cut in the butter using a pastry cutter or your fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and egg.

Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Gently fold in the mixed berries.

Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and knead a few times until it comes together.

Roll the dough into a rectangle about 1/2 inch thick.

Spread the powdered sugar and vanilla extract over the dough.

Starting from the long side, roll the dough into a tight log.

Cut the log into 6 equal pieces and place them in a greased baking dish.

Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.

Allow the rolls to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
