Ingredients
  • 3 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Beer
  • 2 tablespoon Sugar
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Add the beer and stir until just combined.
  4. Turn the dough onto a floured surface and knead for 1-2 minutes.
  5. Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each portion into a bun.
  6. Place the buns on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Melt the butter and brush it over the tops of the buns.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
  9. Remove from the oven and let the buns rest for 10 minutes before serving.
