Crush the chocolate cookies and mix them with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.

Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream on top of the crust and freeze for 1 hour.

Spread a layer of strawberry ice cream on top of the vanilla ice cream and freeze for another hour.

Remove the cake from the freezer and spread whipped cream on top. Decorate with fresh strawberries and chocolate shavings.

Return the cake to the freezer and let it rest for at least 4 hours.

Remove the cake from the springform pan, slice, and serve.
