  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut into cubes.
  2. Rinse the quinoa and cook it in vegetable broth according to package instructions.
  3. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown.
  5. Add carrots, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. Add cooked quinoa, soy sauce, and basil leaves. Stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  8. Serve the basil tofu stir-fry over a bed of quinoa.
