Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

In a saucepan, bring water and butter to a boil. Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball.

Transfer the mixture to a mixing bowl and let it cool for 5 minutes.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, until the batter becomes smooth and shiny.

Drop spoonfuls of the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until the puffs are golden brown and crisp.
