In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat.

Remove the saucepan from heat and add the flour. Stir until the mixture forms a ball.

Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.

Spoon the dough into a piping bag fitted with a large round tip.

Pipe small mounds onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
