  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and milk to the bowl. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 10 minutes.
  8. Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Once cooled, top with whipped cream, maraschino cherries, and rainbow sprinkles.
  10. Slice and serve.
