In a separate bowl, combine the rolled oats, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In a small bowl, whisk together the applesauce, honey, vanilla extract, egg, and milk. Pour the wet ingredients into the banana mixture and stir until well combined.
