In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork.

In a separate bowl, combine the oats, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, mix together the melted butter, sugar, egg, vanilla extract, and milk.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
