Ingredients
  • 2 piece Ripe bananas
  • 100 gram Unsalted butter
  • 100 gram Brown sugar
  • 50 gram Granulated sugar
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 200 gram All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 100 gram Hazelnuts
  • 100 gram Chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream together the unsalted butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  4. Add the egg and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture and mix well.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the butter-sugar mixture, mixing until well combined.
  7. Fold in the mashed bananas, hazelnuts, and chocolate chips.
  8. Drop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a lined baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  10. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
