Ingredients
  • 3 piece Ripe bananas
  • 6 slice Bread slices
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 piece Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoon Raisins
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon powder.
  4. Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  5. Cut the bread slices into halves diagonally.
  6. Layer half of the bread slices in the greased baking dish.
  7. Pour half of the milk mixture over the bread slices.
  8. Sprinkle half of the mashed bananas, raisins, and chopped nuts over the bread.
  9. Repeat the layers with the remaining bread slices, milk mixture, bananas, raisins, and nuts.
  10. Cover the baking dish and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the pudding cake is golden brown and set.
  12. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
