Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a bowl, mix together the walnuts, pistachios, sugar, and cinnamon.

Grease a baking dish with butter.

Layer 6 sheets of phyllo dough in the baking dish, brushing each sheet with melted butter.

Spread half of the nut mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.

Layer another 6 sheets of phyllo dough on top, brushing each sheet with melted butter.

Spread the remaining nut mixture evenly over the phyllo dough.

Cut the baklava into diamond or square shapes.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes, or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool.

Drizzle honey over the baklava.

Allow the baklava to rest for at least 1 hour before serving.
