Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a medium bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon. Mix well.

Pour the yogurt mixture into individual ramekins or a baking dish.

Place the ramekins or baking dish in a larger baking dish or roasting pan. Fill the larger dish with enough hot water to come halfway up the sides of the ramekins or baking dish.

Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the yogurt is set and slightly golden on top.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Garnish with fresh berries and almonds.

Serve warm or chilled.
