  3. Place the rolled-out dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  5. Spread the roasted garlic evenly over the dough.
  6. Slice the avocados and arrange them on top of the garlic.
  7. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and parmesan cheese over the avocados.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
