  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a food processor, combine artichoke hearts, garlic cloves, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well combined.
  3. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
  4. Spread the artichoke mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Slice and serve warm.
