  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate large bowl, beat the eggs and granulated sugar until thick and pale yellow.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. Gradually fold in the dry ingredients until combined.
  6. Spread the batter evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cake is golden and springs back when lightly touched.
  8. Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
  9. Dust a clean kitchen towel with powdered sugar.
  10. Invert the cake onto the towel and carefully remove the parchment paper.

  12. Starting from one short end, roll the cake tightly using the towel.
