In a small bowl, mix the applesauce and cinnamon.

Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and melt 1 tablespoon of butter.

Place a crepe in the pan and spoon 1/4 cup of the applesauce mixture onto one half of the crepe.

Fold the other half of the crepe over the filling and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.

Flip the crepe and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
