  4. Fold the other half of the crepe over the filling and cook for 2-3 minutes, until lightly browned.
  5. Flip the crepe and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  6. Repeat with the remaining crepes and filling.
  7. Serve the crepes hot, dusted with powdered sugar and topped with a pat of butter.
