Apple Raisin Bread Pudding

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Grease a baking dish with butter.

Cut the bread into cubes and set aside.

Peel and core the apples, then chop them into small pieces.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

Add the bread cubes, chopped apples, and raisins to the bowl. Mix well to combine.

Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.

Dot the top with butter.

Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
