Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Peel and core the apples, then slice them thinly.

In a bowl, mix the sugar and cinnamon.

Roll out the puff pastry sheets and sprinkle the sugar-cinnamon mixture evenly over them.

Place the apple slices on top of the sugar-cinnamon mixture.

Roll up the pastry sheets tightly, starting from one end.

Cut the rolled pastry into 1-inch thick slices.

Place the slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
