Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out the pie crust and place it in a tart pan.

In a large bowl, combine the sliced apples, cranberries, sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, and salt. Mix well.

Pour the apple cranberry mixture into the prepared crust.

Roll out the remaining pie crust and cut it into strips.

Create a lattice pattern on top of the tart by weaving the strips over and under each other.

In a small bowl, beat the egg with water to create an egg wash.

Brush the lattice crust with the egg wash.

Bake the tart in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
