  • 6 slice Bread
  • 2 medium Apples
  • 2 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with butter.
  3. Cut the bread into cubes and set aside.
  4. Peel and slice the apples.
  5. In a large bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  6. Add the bread cubes and sliced apples to the bowl and mix well.
  7. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
  8. Dot the top with butter.
  9. Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
