  2. Peel, core, and slice the apples.
  3. Cut open the passionfruit and scoop out the pulp.
  4. In a saucepan, combine the sliced apples, passionfruit pulp, and caster sugar. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until the apples are tender.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and butter to make the crumble topping. Rub the mixture together with your fingertips until it resembles breadcrumbs. Stir in the rolled oats.
  6. Transfer the cooked apples to a baking dish and sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the top.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until the crumble is golden and the apples are bubbling.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before serving.
