  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the onion and celery, and cook until softened.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, cooked onion and celery, apples, dried cranberries, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Gradually pour the broth over the bread mixture, stirring until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and cover with foil.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
  7. Let the stuffing rest for 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
