Preheat the oven to 180°C.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Add sugar and mix well.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and vanilla extract. Add this mixture to the butter and sugar mixture.

Sift in the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.

Fold in the walnuts and chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the baking dish for 30 minutes.
