  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut each sheet into 4 squares.
  3. Peel and core the apples, then cut them into thin slices.
  4. In a bowl, mix together the granulated sugar, flour, and cinnamon.
  5. Place a spoonful of the sugar mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
  6. Arrange the apple slices on top of the sugar mixture.
  7. Fold the corners of the puff pastry squares towards the center, creating a blossom shape.
  8. Place the apple blossoms on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
